Who
We Are

Your Support System

Since Lifestorms was founded in 2020, we’ve helped countless individuals as they navigate through difficult times. We create communities where people can find the support they need through the power of connection.

When people are facing challenges, it’s helpful for them to be able to find support from others who understand exactly what they’re going through, and that’s what they’ll find in our Grief Support Group. We welcome you into a safe space where you can share your story with others who have had similar experiences.

In addition to facilitating grief groups, I also run a private practice where I see clients struggling with issues related to death and dying and bereavement.  Using a number of modalities including traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and in some cases medicine work, I work with my clients to somatically process and heal the trauma of loss.   I currently see patients both in person and on zoom.

Postgraduate trainings include training in Ketamine Assisted Therapy with Phil Wolfson's Ketamine Training Center, Psychedelic Harm Reduction certificate training with Fluence , End of Life Doula Certificate from University of Vermont,  and additional trainings in Trauma, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Curious about the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy?
